Suzy Reading is a chartered psychologist, yoga teacher, coach and mother of two. Suzy has over two decades of experience in the health and wellbeing industry, and draws from multiple modalities, together with psychology, to help people build sustainable healthy lifestyle habits. She is one of the top UK experts on self-care.
