The photographs are accompanied by Russell’s personal memoirs. About the Author Mary Russell's career in fashion journalism was launched when Diana Vreeland recommended her for a job at Glamour in New York; she eventually opened the magazine's Parisian office. She worked closely with celebrities from film, fashion, music, and dance. Pierre Passebon owns the Galerie du Passage in Paris.
