About the Author
Chris Selman is a sauna explorer, author, and founder of @SaunaHotRightNow, a fast-growing platform dedicated to the global sauna movement. After leaving his role leading Sales and Partnerships at WeWork Asia-Pacific, he embarked on an 18-month wellness research tour, visiting over 100 saunas across the globe. Drawing on this experience, Chris co-founded Out of the Valley, a British-made luxury sauna company, and is now regarded as a rising voice in the contemporary wellness space.
