Clea Shearer and Joanna Taplin founded The Home Edit in 2015 with the goal of merging conventional organization and interior design, offering both full and virtual services through their website. They have been featured in the Daily Mail, the Sunday Telegraph's Stella magazine, Sunday Times Style, People, House Beautiful, Architectural Digest and Goop.

Clea and Joanna live with their families in Nashville, Tennessee. They have 6.7m followers on Instagram.
