Our Dark Incantations

Welcome to Ivercrest University . . . where forbidden magic spills into dark corridors, steamy kisses are exchanged between haunted survivors, and the bodies are piling up behind closed doors.

SHE MUST EMBRACE THE DARK.
BEFORE THE DARK COMES FOR HER.

After the war, ex-healer Mira Winters swore she'd never touch magic again. And yet, here she is, enrolled in the wrong magic department of Ivercrest University, paired up with the wrong partner.

Instead of learning how to heal her incurable scar, Mira's attending Demonology lessons, learning wicked spells . . . and accidentally being dragged into a murder investigation on campus - one with devastating ripples that bleed into the magical world.

Her partner-in-crime? The infuriating Aidric Dawson. He's arrogant, he's a lethal Wielder, and he's a former soldier shrouded in secrets. But, he pushes Mira to face her demons and embrace her dark powers . . . and with wounds from the war, he may be the only one who truly understands her.

As the labyrinth of clues pulls Mira and Aidric deep into a sinister plot in the shadows of magical society, the threat of war looms once more. Can the two enemies work together in the darkness without losing their hearts - or their lives - in the process?

An achingly romantic and gothic tale of a young woman who must learn to embrace her dangerous powers before they utterly consume her, perfect for fans of Nightshade, Phantasma and The Knight and the Moth.
