Heroes or Zeroes?

From the author of Bad Girls of Ancient Greece comes a new collection, covering tales of lore from bad boys and more…

Myths and legends would be nothing without their shining star of a hero at the forefront, right? But what about those sidekicks and minor characters so often scrubbed out of the story?

From honoured heroes such as Heracles, to savage scoundrels like Tityus, or even the unexpected underdogs Iphicles and Philoctetes, Lizzy Tiffin tells the stories of the dashingly handsome and oh-so-brave men of antiquity with her signature wit and humour.

Uncovering the unsung heroes and side guys, Lizzy has us ask, what is it to be a ‘hero’? And should the so-called ‘zeroes’ be the real stars of the show? So, dive in and prepare to decide who deserves their place in history.
