Circumstances influence the design, the ideas and the methodology of an architect. In this book the architects Roberto Meyer and Jeroen van Schooten explain how their projects and architecture are made, dealing with changing circumstances. Each of the firm’s designs starts with a thorough analysis of the programme of requirements, the location and the wider setting. But what happens if those conditions change?
