This book, contrary to what they might seem, a mere compilation for the so-called “problem-solutions” of construction, is a compendium of architecture where the solutions are shown in all their honesty, didactically providing construction details, yes, but also reflections to accompany the images, so as to help understand the why’s and what-for’s, and what problems an architect might find in trying to execute them. This is why the book has a background story, like novels and their plots, in the choices were made in the projects we have carried out. Perhaps they are not our best, but they adapt best to the discourse, like the clothes you choose according to the party you are going to or the activity you do.
