Join two of the world’s most renowned decorators, Paolo Moschino and Philip Vergeylen, as they throw open the doors to life in their enchanting renovated home in the English countryside
Entertaining in town and country is an essential part of the life and work of design gurus Paolo Moschino and Philip Vergeylen ―as revealed in this personal and sumptuously illustrated book. Inviting us to share in a typical week, Moschino and Vergeylen guide us through their West Sussex and London homes in a lively exploration of design, lifestyle, and inspiration, alongside a look at some recent client projects―from a Balinese-style compound in the Caribbean to a palatial villa in Sicily.
Featuring guest rooms, an office, and formal gardens, the duo’s home in West Sussex is more than simply a weekend escape. It is the perfect space for a combined lifestyle of relaxing, entertaining, and working. The London apartment, too, is witness to many a stylish dinner for clients and friends, characterized by an infectious delight in ever-changing table-settings. A selection of recipes is included to accompany entertaining-related stories.
With imagery from some of the design world’s best photographers, this beguiling volume invites you to enjoy an intimate experience of beauty, adventure, and the unexpected.
