This book exposes the roots and manifestations of institutionalised gender discrimination; dismantles centuries of historical bias through biographical sketches of fifty remarkable, yet forgotten women innovators, born between 2300 BCE and 1892; and challenges discriminatory policies, laws, and ingrained stereotypical assumptions to advance an unconventional argument for equality and inclusivity.
